Department of HR Management in cooperation with BD Advisory organizes prestigious training program Comp & Ben Academy.
Comp & Ben Academy is a prestigious comprehensive training program in the field of remuneration, motivation and performance management, organized by the partner company of the University of Economics BD Advisory s.r.o. It is an open course for HR and Comp & Ben professionals focusing on remuneration, motivation and performance management overlapping HR payroll and information systems.
The whole program consists of 6 basic two-day modules, which can be completed gradually or arbitrarily choose only those that are current for the listener. It is also possible to compose the whole program non-linearly from individual modules according to the applicant’s individual preferences (eg within 2 years).
For the graduates of all 6 modules, there will be a trial and test day at the end of the Academy, after which they will be certified as Comp & Ben Managers.
