The DHRM is launching Prestigious Compensation & Benefits Academy 2026 educational programme

The Department of Human Resource Management and General Partner of the Faculty of Business Administration a nd Department of Human Resource Management, BD Advisory, is organising the comprehensive Comp&Ben Academy 2026 educational programme – the only fully integrated remuneration-focused programme for HR professionals in Europe in terms of both scope and specialisation.

This open-enrolment course equips HR and Compensation & Benefits professionals with the knowledge and practical skills necessary for the design and management of remuneration systems and payroll costs. Participants are able to apply the acquired know-how directly in their professional practice immediately after completing the course.

The programme consists of six two-day modules, which may be attended sequentially or selected individually according to participants’ current professional needs. The entire programme may also be completed non-linearly by combining individual modules over time, based on the candidate’s personal preferences (for example, within a two-year period).

Graduates who complete the full Academy will obtain the official Comp&Ben Manager certification and thereby join a select group of certified professionals within the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.
